Heat Seal Tester RFY-03

Application: Heat Seal Tester is applicable in heat seal temperature, dwell time and the pressure of heat seal tests to plastic film, laminated film for flexible package,  coating paper, aluminum foil and other heat sealing laminated films. Different melting point, heat stability, fluidness, and thickness of heat seal materials bring various heat seal properties and different seal technique parameters as well. With this instrument users can get the best heat seal parameters accurately and efficiently. Users can obtain standard heat seal index by RFY-03 Heat Seal Tester. Specifications of main component:

Heat seal pressure could be changed by mechanical tension or dust with timing past. To confirming it’s normal running, it needs to be checked each year generally, if changing, it needs to calibrated again.
